PEPA™

Loopin SaaS Ltd is responsible for all data inputted by Perfect Equilibrium Inc into the PEPA™ database, all data inputted by users of PEPA™, all data that is distributed by PEPA™, and all data that is received and read by the users of PEPA™.

All data is securely stored by Loopin SaaS Ltd on Google Firebase servers within the UK which are maintained by Google.

All data is accessible to Loopin SaaS Ltd through their database, and to Perfect Equilibrium Inc via Metabase.

All collecting/using/storing/keeping/sharing/processing data/information responsibilities within PEPA™ lies with Loopin SaaS ltd. Should any data be exported from PEPA™ by Perfect Equilibrium Inc, Perfect Equilibrium Inc and/or approved third-party vendor using the data is responsible for same.
