  • Our Executive Coaching Program lasts for four months, and includes 16 1-1 coaching sessions lasting fifty minutes each. All sessions are 1-1 with Julian Reeve, and are online or in person within certain areas of Los Angeles.

    The program includes personally tailored homework between sessions (30 - 75 minutes a week) which is reactive to test results, information mined during sessions, and your progress in general during our work.

  • Fees and payment plans are discussed in the Discovery Call, but are relative to other executive coaching programs

  • No. This isn’t Therapy or Life Coaching. This is Next-Generation Personal Evolution specifically designed to minimize stress and banish burnout.

  • No. Julian has benefitted from over fifteen years of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and combines this with his extensive experience as a leader, entrepreneur, educator, and motivator, to create an incredible safe space learning and development experience for his clients.

    Finding Perfect Equilibrium doesn’t require the examination of past events or trauma, but if at any point during the program we realize you could benefit from working directly with a qualified psychologist or therapist, one can be referred.

Hi, I'm Julian

In 2017, just after conducting a performance of the Broadway musical Hamilton, I experienced a heart attack.

I was 43 years old.

My body finally said no more to the workaholism, stress, anxiety, perfectionism and self-medication associated with high achievement.

I was officially burned out.

I could have retired to less stressful pastures. But I didn’t.

Instead, I began extensive research into how we can achieve success in healthier ways. I discovered what high achievers need to control burnout, and how we can reframe our approach to work so that our experiences with stress are minimized but our high standards and expectations are maintained.

Perfect Equilibriumwas born.

Today, I help leaders, high achievers, and organizations to implement my method. It empowers them to disrupt old attitudes, patterns, cultures and systems to Banish Burnout and Thrive.
